First, create a product list. List out everything you’ve created product wise into a spreadsheet for easy access.
Second, look at the items you listed and determine which items would be the best to sell.
Third, think about potential bonus items. What can you offer as extra value to your product or service?
Fourth, consider who’ll be doing fulfillment. If you’re already the bottleneck in your business, don’t add fulfillment to your list. Take the time now to find additional help.
The fifth thing you need to know when deciding what to sell is whether or not you’ll make money from it!
