5 Major Webinar Mistakes That Cost You Money

[Have you attempted trying a webinar in your business only to experience an epic fail? If this is you, I can help. I’ve personally experienced these failures first-hand and now I’ll share how to dig your way out of them.]

Can I help you create an entirely new revenue stream for your business?

You can make money in your business by doing webinars. I know firsthand because I use them and I’ve taught other entrepreneurs in other industries how to use them as well and they work!

This is important because I often see entrepreneurs make the same mistakes over and over and over again.

The biggest five are:

1.) Not using the right platforms

This is an instant profit killer because there’s nothing like having a great webinar and right when you’re ready to sell, getting comments that say, “we can’t hear you!” In 2017 you gotta do better.

2.) Not using automation

In webinars and in your business, you need to work smarter not harder. Automation allows me to send emails that push attendees to show up before the webinar and follow up with them to watch the replay or buy my product post webinar. And the best part is this is all set up in advance and ready to go. I can set it and forget it without having to stress over anything.

3.) Not having a format

4.) Not selling enough

I see so many webinars where someone teaches for 58 minutes and then tries to make one weak, fleeting offer in the last 2 minutes. You have to be dedicated to the process, using the format we mentioned above and being intentional about closing the sale.

5.) Having a weak offer

They call them irresistible offers because they’re supposed to be irresistible. Offering your $15 book for fifteen dollars is not moving me to take massive action.

You.must.do.better.

Now that you know what not to do, try doing another webinar as soon! If you follow my tips, I know it will be worth your while this time.


These are a few tips to give you a head start on crafting webinars . If you’ve already tried the process before, I challenge you to try it again with the above mentioned in mind.

Webinars DO work and they CAN make you money in your business!
