Do your research. Evaluate what others in the market are doing to scale their business and find a way to apply it to your methods. Study marketing strategies and methods that are known to be successful. Remember that consistency is key. If something isn’t working right away continue to work with one method before moving to the next.
Not all marketing techniques are equal and they may not work for your business. However, always hold on to the things that are currently working in your business. In most cases, you don’t have to reinvent the wheel. Instead, find a way to tweak and improve what already works for you. Double down on those things that work and redefine your techniques.
Develop yourself as a leader
Be a leader worth following. Your leadership sets the tone for your team and overall company culture. Constantly work on gaining the knowledge needed to become effective in your role. The leader you were at the ground level of your business isn’t the same leader that’s going to take you to 6 figures. As your business grows so will you.

Finding the right people for your team can be one of the most challenging yet rewarding processes in your business. The key is to find individuals that believe in your dream and align with your goals and mission. If you have great leadership it reflects in your team and trickles down to the success of your company.
Build a community
Create a movement around your brand. Have a clear statement and overall mission. Design a marketing message that is impactful and transparent. Building a community establishes you as an expert and creates a base for one on one interaction with your clients. The end result is customer retention and satisfaction.
Also, building a community gives you an audience that you can sell to whenever you want. Its always easier to sell to your fans and your customers than it is to sell to strangers.
