Prospect your story

The 5 P's to Captivate and Connect with Your Audience

Take a step back and evaluate your personal life story. Take an account of the good and the bad and use your story to connect with your ideal client. In sharing your story, you allow your customer to relate and see your vulnerability. This, in turn, builds a solid foundation and a certain trust between you and them.

Now your customer feels like they know you personally and will more than likely share their experiences with others. Another way to connect with your audience is through a survey. Send them questions via social media or email to determine exactly what they want to know about you.

Prepare your story

After you’ve outlined the story you want to share to the world you need to work on making it captivating and compelling. Rehearse in front of a test audience. Have someone evaluate and determine if your story is enticing enough to sale.

Define the Problem

What problem are you solving for your customer? Once you determine the problem be sure to infuse this into your story. This is the perfect opportunity to empower and make a change in someone’s life. Transformation is key to creating a lasting impression.

Profit

Compel, captivate and bring cash into your business. Focus on a strategic money plan that will generate constant revenue into your business. Having a steady income allows you to do more in your business. You now have access to more resources and can do the good work that you wanted to do.

Positioning

Lastly, be sure to position yourself as the expert in your niche. You are no longer the best-kept secret. Tell the world what you have experienced and overcome to get to where you are today. Network, connect and build relationships that will place you in the room with other experts and broaden your path.
