This podcast is an extension of the work we’ve been doing since 2015 and 2016 with our internal Traffic Sales and Profit community and our clients.
What you can expect from this podcast are some of the best minds when it comes to black business and black wealth. They’ll sit right in the studio with me and we’ll break down not only their stories so you can figure out exactly how they did it and what their background was. But I’m going to make sure that every time someone touches the studio, they give you instructional steps that you can follow so you can reach the same level of success.

Using his motto “The Gatekeepers Are Gone,” Lamar Tyler has leveraged social media to move his first brand BlackandMarriedWithKids.com from a small personal blog to an international brand with over 600 thousand social media fans and over 51 thousand customers across all 50 states and 43 countries.
Among the recognition received for his work, Lamar, along with wife Ronnie was named one of Ebony Magazine’s Power 100, a list of the top 100 movers and shakers in the black community that included President and First Lady Barack and Michelle Obama, Will and Jada Smith and Beyonce and Jay Z.
They’ve also been selected as finalists for Black Enterprise’s Family Business of the Year and Infusionsoft’s Small Business ICON award.
Lamar currently runs, Traffic Sales and Profit, a digital marketing agency that provides small businesses with solutions to drive more website traffic, convert more online sales, and increase their business profit.
