I’m the Director of Customer Success for Tyler New Media. I am a PK originally from Long Island, NY and bring over 20 years of experience in customer operations, customer service, and retention. I oversee the day-to-day operations of the TSP Mastermind and Propel programs. I’m excited to be a part of such an amazing team focused on creating success for black entrepreneurs and the larger black community as a result. I have been married to my wonderful wife Angie for 13 years and we live in Atlanta with our 5-year-old son.
My name is Lee Chapman and I am the Customer Service Support for TNM. I bring over 20 years of experience to the team and pride myself with being able to turn a bad call good! In my spare time I enjoy reading anything written by Walter Mosley and other African American authors, vegging out on any beach and having virtual playdates with my little cousin.
I’m the Program Manager for the MasterMind and Collaborative programs respectively. I have over a decade of experience in various industries from Entertainment, Sports and most recently as an international educator. In 2019, I took a leap of faith and moved to China to teach business courses at Chongqing Technology and Business University. My background includes managing multi-million dollar budgets, risk mitigation, contract management and event planning. My goal is to continue to bring the excellence you are used to receiving from the TSP Family which is customer centered focus that is the heartbeat of our organization.
I’m the Social Media Manager aka the #CaptionQueen for BMWK and Traffic Sales and Profit. I believe that strategic promotion paired with relatable engaging content and captivating visuals are the keys to a successful social campaign. Though my recent endeavors were primarily centered in the Pay-Per-Click marketing arena, I’ve always been passionate about content creation and social media marketing. In my spare time, I revel in being an international traveler, cultural enthusiast, fashion aficionado, poetic lyricist, published writer, young entrepreneur, an ambitious grad school alum, and verbose braggart (lol). As the creative peacock of the office, you’re sure to spot me cracking jokes while wearing big, bold jewelry and bright colors with crazy prints.
I’m the web developer for Tyler New Media from my homeland in Mexico. I create designs and make them come to life. I integrate funnels and websites with email campaigns and other platforms. I’m a hard worker and deadline oriented. Most of all, I love being with my family, discovering new places, and learning new skills.
I am the queen of social media at Traffic Sales and Profit. I manage all social media accounts and customer service inquiries involved with our company. Company culture is my niche and I absolutely love what I do. I handle add administrative needs in the office. When it comes to managing the company calendar… I am your goto girl. When I’m not at TSP I enjoy spending time with my busy bee 3-year-old and hubby.
I’m an Executive Coach for the TSP Mastermind and you can think of me as a marketing Jill of All Trades. I’ve helped to create and optimize all of our automations and campaigns, and now I’m showing business owners how to do the same thing. When I’m not perusing through a marketing ebook, I’m hanging out with my two wild boys or snuggling up with my husband. I love the T.V. show Friends, currywurst (try it if you’ve never had it… mindblowing!), and chatbots.
Ronnie Tyler along with her husband Lamar, Ronnie Tyler is the co-founder of the site Black and Married with Kids, the largest independent African American marriage and parenting site on the web. Fed up with the pervasive negative images of black marriage in the media, Lamar and Ronnie started the site to combat the negativity by focusing on positive messages about marriage, they have taken Black and Married with Kids from a small personal blog to an international brand under their own Tyler New Media umbrella that also boasts five independently produced best-selling films and a massive social media presence. On top of everything else, Lamar and Ronnie are the parents of 4 beautiful children and call Atlanta home.
I’m Lamar Tyler, creator of Traffic Sales & Profit and probably one of the hardest working digital influencers in the game. I live my life by the motto: Passion, Purpose, and Profit, and it has never steered me wrong. This life-work hustle creed has taken my company Tyler New Media and my blog Black and Married with Kids (BMWK) from being a small personal blog to an international brand with paying customers across the globe.
